Fitness Discussion

Hi , I'm doing falt tummy challenge 2020 and today was 11th day. I'm happy with challenge but I'm facing pain in my lower back and abdominal area from past 3/4 days .I'm so worried about am I doing something wrong or what ? Could you guys help me with that.
