Workout
Heyy so whenever I'm doing a core/abs workout and there's exercises on the floor where you have to keep your back straight on the floor, I genuinely CANNOT keep it straight - of course I can when just lying down, but as soon as I do some kind of exercise where I'm lifting my legs (for example), it arches and I've tried so many different things but I simply can't stop arching my back !!! It makes me scared to do those exercises because I don't want to injure myself. Does anyone have any tips???? It might just be my form isn't very good at the moment but im hoping to improve :)
