Managing feelings over missed days?

Hi guys! I’ve been working out for around 7 months now, and I’ve really enjoyed the process of my fitness journey! However, I’ve recently resumed taking college classes for the first time in a while, and I’m having trouble keeping up with the schedule set by my programs since I also work full time. I’m doing my best to keep up with everything, but I can’t help but feel a little disappointed that my consistency isn’t able to be where I want it to be. Has anyone else experienced a situation like this, and how did you help yourself to cope with the guilt of missing days? What did the timeline for your results look like after having to cut back on activity days? Or if anyone has any advice for balancing my schedule please let me know! Thanks!
