So, I have this problem that I can't workout during my periods. First 2-3 days because of extreme pain but the other days I can move my body or have a light walk but I can't do other workouts as excessive movement or HIIT workout causes pain even sometimes too much walking also causes pain which makes me feel horrible for not following my routine and I again have to start from scratch. I even can't do few workout programs because they are 28 days long and sometimes my periods get started before completing my 28 day cycle. I want you guys to help me figure out what kind of workout I can do during my menstrual phase and how not to feel horrible for not following my routine during those days. I even can't stick to calorie deficit because of period cravings and if I keep myself hungry the pain increases.
