Workout
Hi all! I just started working out again after a while and I'm currently on day 3. The workouts have been going well and diet/nutrition are good as well. I've been hitting my water goals and make sure to have a protein shake after working out and I eat about 1 hour before.
However, I immediately noticed the day after beginning the workouts that I have a lot less energy, but not in the physical way. I'm more mellow, and overall feel like I'm mentally tired even though I'm not stressed at all and am actually very happy and in a good place mentally.
Has anyone else experienced this/how can I get over this? Thanks in advance 🖤
