Hello! I have frequent problems with the intestines, or rather a bad metabolism. Maybe someone knows how to deal with this? (I eat the right amount of fiber, but I often don't get enough protein, I drink water) but the problem remains and sometimes because of this I gain quite a lot of weight literally in 3-4 days. last year jogging helped me well, but now I have neither time nor energy for them. Chloe's training sometimes helps a lot.
