Fitness Discussion

I would love if there were more programs that have weighted and cardio workouts in them. I loved the intense core challenge and the shred and tone challenge, and I would love to see more,  so just a small suggestion! : D also if anyone knows anymore programs like that that I may have missed pls lmk 🌸
