Fitness Discussion

Hello everyone! I’m getting married one year today (eeek!) but with the stress of wedding planning, not to mention the food and cake tastings, I’ve ended up putting on weight and am now the heaviest I have ever been. I’m a little disheartened but not too worried as I still have time on my side at the moment to lose some of this weight before my wedding day. I was just hoping if I could get some advice from some of you, if you could let me know which of Chloe’s programs you have done and which have proven to be the most effective for you, then I’ll know what I’m working with.
