I am overweight and apple body type. So my main concern area is the upper body, specifically my arms. I am on a calorie-deficient diet and have done 2 shredded program and flat stomach challenge,seen results around stomach area but haven't seen any difference in my arms. I know you can not target a specific body part, still wondering which routine might be the most effective one?
