Fitness Discussion

Hi, I've finished 2025 weight loss program 2 days ago and I can't find motivation to start another one.. I've tried to look  for 2025 get toned or summer shreds .. It's hard to start again ! 
What should I do ? I still want to lose weigh but with a little less intensity.. What do you recommend?
