I'm starting the new year weight loss program today, but I'm ALREADY having motivation issues. I was supposed to do it this morning, but I put it off saying I'll do it after work.
I need better self discipline but I'm really not sure how to start that or how to make myself get up and do these. I really really want to start and better myself but when it comes time to get up and actually do the workouts and meal prep. . . I freeze and stay where I am.
What helps yall with motivation/discipline? (edited by moderator)
