Hi people!
First, it's so nice to see the involvement in this app! I'm feeling less lonely in this adventure 🥲
I've just finished the 2024 weight loss challange, but although I got a bit of abs and boots, my lovely muffin top is still there. Could anyone recommend me the next challange to do and/or some tips to shrink those muffins? :)
PS: if anyone wants to do with me a "muffin shrinking team", please join me, I'm a passionate italian :D

Muffin top is body fat, and you can't target body fat. Your genetics also dictate where you body prefers to store fat (and where it doesn't like to release it!) So if you are genetically prone to having a muffin top.... it might be tough!
What you can do is focus on losing overall body fat. A program with cardio might burn a modest amount more calories than a program without, so that's something you can consider. But really, the most efficient way to lose body fat is to be aware of your calorie intake because it's just so incredibly easy to out-eat any extra calories burned by exercise.

I think there is a flat tummy challenge you can try. I beleive it specifically has one workout video dedicated to muffin tops. :)

Yes I agree, I think u r talking about 2020 flat tummy challenge....well, I just finished the 2021 flat stomach challenge & my muffin tops got slimmer, although my diet wasn't that great but my whole body toned down a bit.. I m feeling much lighter.
