Hi! I’m currently doing the Grow a Booty Challenge 2022, and I have a question about muscle soreness.
After the first two days, I started experiencing quite intense soreness in my glutes and thighs. It became strong enough that I had to take a rest on Day 3. I still feel some soreness now, although it’s a bit better. I’m not sure if I should continue resting until the soreness is completely gone, or if it’s okay to go ahead and do the next workout.
Do you have any advice on how to reduce the soreness and recover faster? I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!
