Hey! The day before yesterday I had a lot of pain in my muscles and I still did the exercises, I felt good but it felt a little uncomfortable because it obviously hurt a lot. Today when I woke up I felt the pain again, I have a lot of pain in my muscles and I don't know if the right thing to do is to exercise with sore muscles or take a rest day, (today is not my rest day, so I could leave it escape). Does anyone know what to do in these cases? Should I continue the same? Is it bad or good? Do I rest or do the exercises? Does resting today affect my progress?
(I also practice a sport)! !
