Im doing a leg and abs challenge, I do the warm ups and stretches of the challenge every day (also other video stretches). Each morning I wake up and it my abs and ribs hurt me even more. Its hard for me to sit and stand up, its painfull but meanwhile I could live with it. Should I stop the challenge or is it a good sign?
