MY BELLY

So guys I started a 35 day Chloe ting workout and I am 15 DayZ in, I have not noticed any visible change in my body tho I have become strong.And instead of losing I have gained weight which is weird....😭😭😭cz I am also doing a calorie deficit. Is this normal and also I noticed whenever I press my stomach it's hard.To emphasize my concern more, I am at 77kg
