Beginner
Hey!! I did Chloe Ting workouts back in 2020, and I’ve started them back up again! I am a beginner so please keep that in mind :) I work a physical labor job and am on my feet for hours at a time (CNA) so I am used to exercise at that level.
Yesterday, I started the 2022 grow a booty challenge. I completed the warm up and halfway through the first workout I was starting to lose my balance and couldn’t handle it anymore so I stopped. My legs and booty and knees hurt but I rested and hoped it would go away.
This morning, I woke up and I was feeling worse, any movement including walking was painful, but tolerable. I made the decision to switch to the 2024 hourglass challenge (I think) which was slightly easier on my body today, but I still hurt during the exercises but pushed through 85% of the workout was done then I decided to stop there.
Is it normal that I am feeling this way? Should I continue the workouts or take a break? If so, for how long? I do not want to injure myself and am new to workouts like this.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated:)
