Hello girlies! 💕 before I used my mat to workout I did the carpet, and I got cuts on my elbow from that. I switched to mat but it’s thin and I still get red marks or bruises on my elbows after the workouts (whenever I do plank style exercises if you know what I mean). The mat has helped a little, but like I said I get the bruises still.
I was thinking of cutting long sleeves and making them like wrap on my elbows to cover it, but not sure if that’s effective. Do you guys know any products, or things / advice that I can use on my elbow that will prevent bruising and marking? Thank you! ❤️ keep going in your fitness journey
