My first injury while working out

As the title says 😭 yesterday my knee cracked during my first day on the Cardio challenge, but it started to hurt after that at my grandpa's. It's the first time this happens to me after 4 years of working out with Chloe's programs.

I've been applying ice every few hours but I'm having trouble with doing lunges and squats. I thought I wouldn't be able to continue with the challenge but I managed to do day 2, albeit at a slower pace and modifying a bunch of workouts.

I replaced squats with weightless deadlifts and deep lunges with static lunges. Also I replaced crab toe touches with reversed table tops and reverse plank with knee tucks for reverse plank to table top. I'm leaving these here in case someone is in my same situation.

I wanted to test my stamina and resistance with this program, but it seems I'll be testing my patience and how much I appreciate my body by giving it time, space and love to recover properly 💜
