My home gym gear

Hi friends!!! I thought I'd share my gear with you in case it helps you with your fitness journey!

1️⃣ Smart scale - I got this so I could better track my weight. It uses electric current and body stats to measure weight, fat, muscle mass, bone density, visceral fat and has an app to track it all for me. https://a.co/d/3LsIrIP

2️⃣ Multi-grip kettlebells - I love the shape and handles on these! https://a.co/d/7eqT7DU

3️⃣ Resistance bands - I prefer the fabric ones to the rubber one because they pinch less and don't roll on me. I have Chloe's bands and another set that is higher resistance. Chloe's are on sale on her US site for a great deal if you can get them! Otherwise here is the other set https://a.co/d/5FaI9i3

4️⃣ Wrist Wraps - These guys are amazing and absolutely make a difference in wrist pain for dumbbell workouts, push-ups and planks https://a.co/d/8etlDz6

5️⃣ Quick release adjustable dumbbells - change your weights in 15 seconds! These guys are freaking awesome!! Easy to use, change the weights and they don't roll! They were also a great substitute for pushup bars until I could get them. https://a.co/d/dgXhVJi

6️⃣ Push up bars - these provide tremendous help to my wrists so they don't have to be overextended for planks, push-ups and mountain climbers https://a.co/d/89XLrHO

7️⃣ Knee/Elbow pads - I love these under my elbows for low planks and side planks. They were a game changer for me! https://a.co/d/ioMftC0

I also keep 2 yoga mats in a ➕️ position so I don't have to rotate it for moves that might make it where I can't see my mirror to check my form.

Anyway! These are some of my tricks to make working out easy and accessible to me and my aging body. Having cushions and supports help me train strong with less pain and injury. Having pretty colors makes it fun and I try to wear cute clothes to work out so I don't feel like i look like a potato. Also recently those cute clothes have been showing my muscles popping out when I exercise and that is so awesome to see! 💪💪💪
