So I'm on day 6 of one of the 2019 2 weeks get shred challenge. I'm already seeing some results. My stomach has shrunk a little so far and I've lost a few lbs. This past year I've been inconsistent with the challenges due to mental health problems. In the beginning when I weighed less than I do now, I was pretty consistent and was seeing so much progress. Then depression hit me hard, along with life, so I kept being inconsistent. Recently, I started my weight-loss journey again and I've been happier. Especially now that I've been seeing ever so slight changes so far. Though it is difficult to keep up with it sometimes, but I'm forcing myself to keep going because this is what I've been wanting to do for a long time and need to do.
