Fitness Discussion

I don’t know if it’s just me but it’s my 1st day on doing workouts like this. I decided to do summer shred 2025 and honestly day one made my legs sore. Like really sore, I have trouble sitting down at our toilet/chairs. It’s my first day of finishing a workout.

My legs hurts so bad.
