Hi hi hi! I'm currently on the new pilates program and I've finished Hourglass 2024. I'm wanting to alternate hourglass with strengthening programs so this one is my next choice. My goals are to build muscle and be strong / fit curvy. I want to build up my legs and booty, tone my arms and get nice round shoulders and a strong back.
I'm currently using 8-10 lb dumbbells and light to medium resistance bands with the option to go up to heavy and extra heavy in the future.
I'm curious about those who have done Get Fit 2021 program. How did it go for you? Any advice on approaching this one? Are there other strengthening programs that you enjoy that really helped you build muscle?
Also, where's the thick thighs/big booty program? 😆😆😆 Seriously though, on the slim thigh challenges if you add weight or resistance bands could they be a leg muscle building program?
