Im almost a week into a 2 week shread program (the 2021 one) and when I do like the back and ab and flutes exercises where I have to lay on my back I get pain in my tailbone/butt area??? im so frustrated because it’s makin me discouraged to keep going cause the workouts are harder when it hurts so bad. I feel like I’m rolling on the direct bone rather than using my core or smthn??? idk ☹️☹️☹️ (edited by moderator)
