I’ve been doing weighted programs for about a month now, trying to gain muscle and get definition. I eat a lot of avocado which I know is high in fat, as i’m 166cm and weigh 54.5kg so i don’t mind gaining more weight if it means more muscle and bigger glutes. i do also eat a good amount of meat, just not chicken as I have an issue where my brain convinces me that cooked chicken tastes raw(very silly as i used to love chicken).
i know i need more protein for my goals, however i HATE the taste of protein powder and protein drinks. what foods are high in protein that i can eat and actually enjoy? (edited by moderator)
