Hey everyone 👋
I’ve been really enjoying Chloe Ting’s workouts lately, but I’ve noticed that whenever I do ab exercises lying on the mat (like crunches or leg raises), my neck tightens up and starts to hurt, even when I try to keep my core engaged and not pull with my neck.
I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s just part of getting used to the moves.
Any advice or tips on how to avoid neck strain would be super appreciated 🙏
