Hi y'all , I'm 17f soon 18 , for the past few months , almost a year... ive barely been active and yea I was struggling mentally for a long time , being on meds , lack of interest , fell sick and those meds took a toll on me. I ended up gaining way too much weight I'm currently 78.5kgs the thing is I'm short , im literally 5ft so I look huge a f and yeah I live with my grandparents and the constant nagging body shaming i can't take that anymore. They don't even let me diet :(
i really want to fix myself and improve, i hate slacking off sm and most importantly schools been stressing me out too , to the point where my menstrual cycle is also a lil messy and I'm scared :(.
I feel like the only way I can fix myself is by taking small steps but idk where exactly to go and how to.
I felt like coming here cz everyone seems friendly:/
idk what else to say but yeah.
