Fitness Goals
Hi all,
Due to extreme stress and office workload, I was not able to take care of myself and gained a significant amount of weight. Now I fall into the overweight category.
Many times I have tried to restart my fitness journey, but although I somehow manage to begin on the first day, I am unable to continue the next day.
I don’t understand what is happening with me.
Could you please suggest how I should start again? I really loved Chloe Ting workouts, and every time I followed her programs, I saw the best results.
Now I would like your opinion on how I can restart with my current weight and from where I should begin, especially since I am experiencing heel pain.
