Hey! I’ve been looking into ways to reduce hip fat and tone that area, but I know spot reduction alone isn’t really possible. Still, I was wondering if anyone has good tips on what actually works? Like which workouts are the most effective squats, lunges, cardio, or even Pilates? And does diet play a bigger role here, like focusing on protein, calorie deficit, or cutting sugar?
