Skipping body parts in a challenge?

Guys i just started the 2019 lean thigh challenge and I’m on day 3 I’ve started in the weekend so i feelt that i can do this but in school days gosh I don’t have time , is it okay to skip the abs part cause it’s not actually my goal except the legs , or does it really make a huge difference in the program 🥹 (edited by moderator)
