How to combine strength training with a program?

(long post ) Hey, y’all i have just started Chloe’s Ting 2024 weight loss challenge. i was previously doing resistance training along with some floor workouts. i was on and off with the 2 weeks abs shred one. Now that i will be consistently doing this 2024 wl challenge. do i have to just stick to it or can i add on other workouts aswell? can i do strength training along for other parts of body while doing incline treadmil or will i be over exhausting myself. Important information- I have Pcos too
with pcos ur body can go to resistant mode. please guide me, apart from that i’ve heard in community these programs are designed in a way you should only follow ur chloe ting workout one at a time according to the challenge ur following.
i want to strength train along how can o incorporate it into my routine while following this challenge. (edited by moderator)
