Hello beautiful people, so I need a bit of help đ
Iâve lost the weight that I wanted and now at a comfortable 52kg but my problem now is bulking up and gaining the correct amount of muscle. Iâm mainly having problems with the food side of things, I donât know what to eat as Iâve been on a calorie deficit for a while now, I did a TDEE and they recommended having roughly 2200 calories.
I need some sort of meal plan but everythingâs so expensive and I canât seem to find anything thatâs right and in budget too. Any advice on food, building muscle/gaining would be amazing!
Currently doing Chloeâs hourglass challenge, lifting weights few times a week, and trying to eat plenty and drink enough water. My protein intake is ridiculously low so I know thatâs one thing I need!
