Hi everyone, I’ve recently decided to get back to working out like I use to, the problem is I have 2 kids now. My 4 year old & my 2 year old & it’s hard working out. For any other mothers out there what would you recommend especially working out with kids? & what workouts are you doing especially to get rid of your pooch. I naturally thankfully still have the body type that loses weight easily, but gains it back just as easy, I just don’t know where to start. I also would like to add I broke my foot about 3 months ago & don’t know what workouts my foot can handle or that can help, especially with leg & hip flexibility. Thank you all. (edited by moderator)
