NEED HELP: Frequent injuries, demotivation and failure being consistent

I’ve been extremely sedentary for 4+ years — mostly because of studies. I sit for 12+ hours a day, and even though I’ve been trying to be consistent with workouts these past few months, I keep getting injured after 2–3 days. It’s random areas too — feet, ankles, wrists, shoulders. (I usually work out without shoes, idk if that’s part of the problem.) Every injury pushes me into a slump again, and I lose my momentum.

I also have PCOS, and I keep hearing that cardio and HIIT aren’t great for people with PCOS. But the problem is… HIIT is literally the only style that makes me feel like I’m actually doing something.

And mornings? Absolute flop. I keep trying to wake up early to exercise, and it just ends in failure days.

Diet is another mess. I’m vegetarian, I live in a brown household — carbs are everywhere and protein sources are limited. I feel super heavy in my body, I’m impatient with results, and honestly… I’m just really disheartened. I don’t know what to do anymore. Please help.
