Fitness Discussion

Hey guys this my belly as of 04/11/2024 and it really looks ugly. i know by enough consistency i can reduce it to get a small wiast and abs but tight now at the moment i am feeling really bad about this my belly fat is my biggest insecurity as far. 

can you guys suggest me a diet other than calorie deficit cause i am doing calorie deficit for about a month and still got nowhere.
