Hi all. So I am someone with type two diabetes I mean it is not really type to but what my doctor said was it was mild obesity related diabetes so what he said was my diabetes will reduce if I reduce my weight and fat and what so ever and I was it was to take metamorphin and also insulin and he ask me or to cut down Sugars and then to do exercises regularly while bringing a lots of water and all those things. But however I try to do any thing and after even eating all those medicines and taking insulin I find my body having high level of sugar and does this happened to any of you guys. I really find it depressing because I don't want someone to be like this I wasn't even supposed to get Diabetes but but somehow fate played a role in it. So what I actually wanted to discuss was even though it is not related to fitness but to me it is, I want you guys to help me to do something about it is I want to live happily that is what it is guys I am facing a lot of health issues due to this and if I want to escape from it I should not have any of this diabetes or what so ever it is. If I tall you guys can help me that would be so helpful to me and I will be so late to be a part of this community and I'm already glad to be a part of this community but please help me as your as your fellow workout partner thank you guys.
