Hi guys. I’m trying to lose some weight. I’m used to doing chloe’s 2 weeks shred workout which is more intense. I finished all and even repeated some. And now, i’m doing the 2023 weight loss challenge, which i feel is much easier compare to her 2 weeks shred program. I’m kinda worried that i won’t see any result because of how less intense it is compared to what I’m used to. Not saying i dont feel sore or anything doing the program. It’s just not as intense. What do you guys think? Should i be worried? (edited by moderator)
