NEED RECOMMENDATION
So, I'll be getting post-semester holidays from uni, so I'll be at home for the whole day for about 1-2 months. Is it okay for me to combine two challenges do them parallel like doing a weightloss challenge along with a getting toned challenge like mixing cardio and resistance and can someone please recommend with which program I have to start like for weightloss I'm not beginner I usually do workouts but I have never been consistent but I want to be. So, please tell me which weight loss program is the best to start, and also which resistance program is best. (edited by moderator)
