Fitness Goals

Fitness Goals

Needdd Helpppp

I am a 19-year-old female from India. My current weight is 71 kg, my height is around 5'5", and my goal weight is 50 kg. I have gained weight recently and it has started affecting my confidence, energy levels, and overall well-being. Since my college is closed for the next 1.5 months, I want to use this time productively and focus on improving my health. My immediate goal is to lose around 10 kg during this period, but I am willing to follow a healthy and realistic approach if that target is not safe.

One of my biggest challenges is consistency. I often start a diet or workout plan with full motivation, but after a few days I struggle to continue. I have a treadmill at home and enough time to exercise, but I find it difficult to maintain a routine. I also tend to wake up late, feel lazy during the day, and spend a lot of time sitting at home.

Another major issue is food cravings. I frequently crave sweets, snacks, fried foods, and extra meals even when I am not truly hungry. Sometimes I eat because of stress, boredom, or emotions rather than actual hunger. Controlling these cravings has become very difficult for me.

My current lifestyle is not very active. Apart from some household chores, I do not get much physical activity. I also struggle with portion control, late-night eating, irregular meal timings, and drinking enough water throughout the day.

I would like detailed guidance on:
How many calories I should eat daily for weight loss...
How to control cravings and emotional eating.??
How to stay consistent and motivated for the full 1.5 months.??
How much treadmill walking or running I should do each day..?
Whether home workouts are enough for weight loss.??
What a realistic daily routine should look like.?
.How to avoid overeating when stressed or bored.
How to track progress without becoming discouraged.

I am feeling quite stressed and frustrated because I have tried losing weight before but have not been able to stay consistent. I genuinely want to make a change this time and would appreciate practical, step-by-step advice that is realistic for a beginner and easy to follow at home.
I have tried very hard my best to lose my weight but i am unsuccessful
