Creating an hourglass shape

Hey fam! I have tried Chloe ting's abs video from 2019 2 week shred challenge though the I started seeing results but I couldn't stay consistent due to my strict study schedule. . And I get bulky again. . .

Now I want to get a hourglass body. . a big booty a big chest and a tiny waist. . but i m just but scared of starting the challenge so, is there anyone to motivate me?

And yes let me tell you i m just a teenage girl and if I lose fat and get a hourglass body. . . Then definitely I will like to keep it up so can I do to keep that off when I will finish the workout and i will get less time to workout due to school stuffs etc.
