Fitness Discussion

I just finished the 2019 and 2020 Shred challenges with great results. My plan was to do every year's Shred Challenge but looking at them, they seem way easier than those first 2. So I've decided to do the 2019 Shred Challenge again. Any thoughts? Am I correct in thinking the Shred challenges get easier each year?
