Fitness Discussion

Hell everyone!   I have completed one challenge so far, which was the 2022 Summer Shred Challenge.   I am now on day 18 out of 28 on the 2021 Flat Stomach challenge and so far, I have not seen any difference throughout these two workout challenges.    I understand that results take time, but I am feeling that these workouts/challenges are not working.   Any advice?
