No progress

I am a 5ft 8in female weight 170lb. I have been working out pretty consistently since last November and have been fasting and only eating 2 meals a day for a year and have lost 11 lb, but for the past 6 months I haven’t seen any progress. I am currently doing the 2021 hour glass challenge. My diet is good I eat hole foods and don’t eat in excess. Any suggestions on a program that can help me lose fat and tone my stomach area. If I’m honest I love my legs, back and boobs, I just don’t like my tummy and hips.
