Hi everyone,
I have a question and would really appreciate your advice. I’m an athlete, and for the past 2 months I’ve been focusing on Chloe Ting programs that target glute growth. From what I understand, after about 2 months there should be at least some small, visible changes—but I honestly don’t see any progress.
Am I possibly doing something wrong? Could it be because I’m training at home instead of in a gym, where you have access to equipment like hip thrust machines and heavier weights?
What would you recommend I do in this situation? And is there a specific Chloe Ting program that you’ve found most effective for building glutes?
Unfortunately, going to the gym isn’t an option for me right now, so I’m looking for the best possible approach I can do from home.
