So i finished my first challenge which is the 2021 2 week shred and i dont think im seeing any major results (like I saw on the YouTube review videos). Ive also trying to l stay in calorie decifit during the challenge but have barely seen any changes in my weight.
Also during ab workouts, i have 2 problems-
1. My legs hurt more than my abs
2. I tend to strain my neck at times
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can improve on this??
I know this is a very short period of time to see any results but it’s hard to keep myself motivated and show up everyday when there isnt any result.
I also didnt take any before pictures because i wasnt sure if i would be able to finish the challenge so i dont have anything to compare
