non-visual reasons for working out?

hi all! I've seen a lot of people sharing their goal of losing weight or changing something about how their body looks, but is anyone else here to grow mighty? I mean better physical strength, mental and physical wellbeing, better sleep, generally a body that feels healthy instead of a body that looks a certain way?
I have fibromyalgia (a chronic pain illness with a lot of mental+energy related symptoms) and I started doing Chloe's workouts again because I want to feel stronger and more capable, have more energy, boost my mood and lower my stress levels, get better sleep and have less pain, which I know are all things I can achieve by being physically active and doing both cardio and strength training.

what are your reasons for working out that aren't related to the way your body looks? :)
