Hi. I am 20 yr old, 5 ft 1 inches and around 170 pounds . I have really bad strength and struggle with workouts. So i have tried starting programs but after two days i give up or get really sick. i want to know if anyone can suggest me a challenge which would be slightly easier. It really doesn't matter what it is dedicated on i just want to start moving. I tried having a weight loss goal but i end up cutting out my food and eventually get back to the older habits so for now i just really want to incorporate exercise with one of the challenges. Would love to get advice on the matter. (edited by moderator)
