Hello, I’m not really a beginner but I was half way done with a challenge and felt sore but then it got better after another week. But then I stopped the challenge for two weeks. After the two weeks I started and finished a challenge but didn’t feel sore at all. I am now restarting the previous challenge I was at first the hourglass challenge of 23’. Is it because my body got strong and is now used to the workout? Will my muscles still grow even though I don’t feel the soreness after that day of exercise? I wanna tone up and build muscle mostly on my full core but also through out my whole body.
