The first time i did chloe's hourglass video in the 2024 weight loss challenge i didnt feel a burn in my abs and today i didnt feel it either.  im probably doing something wrong with my form but this is with almost every exercise in the video.  im not one hundred percent sure if it's that im not tightening my core right?  any ideas on what i might be doing wrong?
