Not losing any inches

Ive been doing workouts constantly and I’m always sticking to the schedule for 2 months now but I haven’t lost a single inch from my waist area or tummy. I do abs workouts 6 times a week and still not losing any. I lost some fat but measurements mean the most to me. Is this normal? If not how to fix it?
